How to start the business with Be Shining Industrial Co Limited?

We would definitely accept online or email inquiry and normally reply would be sent within 2 hours, but this time should extent during Chinese holidays. What is the MOQ?

The minimum order quantity is usually 500pcs each design, but it is no problem to accept smaller quantity at different price. For special orders, please confirm with us.

 

What kind of artwork should I send? What if I don’t have an artwork?

Stay cool. Send us what you have. Our art team will get in touch with you to create based your expectations. If you don’t have an artwork, still our team will be happy to help you in creating one from a sketch. See what we did for NoisyBeast.

Supported File Formats: PNG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI and JPG

Remark: we would require formal authorization for world famous brand.

 

Do you retain my artwork in file?

Yes, we do, so that you have an easy reordering the next time.

 

How to place an order?

After reaching the agreement of prices, delivery time and payment terms, we would require you confirm our Proforma Invoice (P/I), which will detail the order contents such as products, quantity, unit price, total value, delivery time, terms of payment and other terms. Or you can send us your purchase order, we will confirm and send back to you.

 

What is the terms of payment?

We accept bank transfer, western union or Paypal. L/C at sight is only for large value orders. We will require 30% deposit before mass production, and balance is required against the copy of Bill of Lading.

 

Can I expect a free sample?

Stock samples: Be Shining will provide you up to 5 free samples with freight collect.

New design samples: normally it will take 5-10days to finish new samples according to the design and materials.

 

How to ship the goods?

By DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex or other courier, by sea or air shipment, all up to you.

 

What is your warranty?

If the product bears manufacturing defect then you can always expect replacements of the order.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to discontinue with the order or change it, then approach us before the product goes into production. Once items go into production, no cancellation will be entertained. If you need to make some changes for order, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you. Do it immediately after you receive your design proof.

 

What do you mean by set up charges?

Set up charges is an umbrella term for charges procured on various stages of branding such as mold charge, screen charges, die charges, etc. We offer free set up on exactly the same reorder.

 

How to complain?

Be Shining aims to keep every clients 100% satisfaction with the service we offer. We do have a wide range of clients that are very happy and satisfied with us. However, we do admit that sometimes things may occur, for this reason we would like to hear your complaints. We will investigate the matter asap and find solution asap, and will do the best to prevent such issue in the future.
